A puppy cannot be reserved without completing the puppy application form and receiving the deposit.

If for any reason you cannot fulfill this contract your deposit will be refunded when your puppy is sold. The buyer also agrees that this puppy will not be registered with any other registration service other then the american kennel club. Pricing of our puppies range from $2500.00 to $3500.00 for limited akc registration.

A deposit will place you on our list for a future litter for an akc puppy, not one that is in our adoption center currently. The name of the pet supplier; Fitch, (seller) & __________________ (buyer), herein known as the seller and the buyer.

______buyer has purchased full registration rights and if they choose to breed the puppy they agree to do so ethically and responsibly keeping in mind the health and safety of the dog and the resulting offspring.
